Carolyn ~ I remember you telling me he did that. He is too cute with his dance! Bottom line - they are kids in a toy store! BTW, I do my own happy dance when I grab a great find at Home Goods! : )
Good morning, C ... The cutest! Stephen's happy dance is a great way to start my day. And his victory dance ... reminds me of me at a closing!
OK that was just too cute!!!
Oh so cute, CTann.
To be that age again. They are such cuties! The music is way cool too!
That was so very cute. A nice video to wake up to! Happy Kids!! I just want to hug them they are too cute. I'm gonna practice that dance for the next time I go out. ; ). KM
C - what a trip, Stephen's dance is very similar to my grandson's happy dance. Is that more of your original music?
Kathy, I know what you mean. I have my own version of the Snoopy dance (LOL).
Marie, it's nice to be able to do a "victory dance" at closing (LOL). It's great when you get to have a moment where you can express being very pleased about something, isn't it? Kids are so cool. When they are happy, they don't care who knows it. They just share their emotions and keep on trucking. I'm very pleased you got to start your day with a happy minion moment. :-)
Thank you, Jeannette.
Thank you, Missy.
Thank you, Mel. Noah and I did the music together last night. He kept erasing the bass track. I had to give in and leave it out or I never would have got this thing posted (LOL).
Kristin, that is something that I would love to see (LMAO). Kids are funny. My little cutie pies are full of surprises. :-)
Mike, I bet your grandson does his little dance proud! I know Stephen is very ritualistic with his little three step moves. I like when he gets his "fancy walk" on. Now that is fun to watch. We did the music using the Korg N364 and Sony Acid 4.0. We uploaded it as a wave file. I was going to knock the background audio out but Noah liked hearing his Dad roar and the exit alarm beeping at T.R.U. Go figure... Sometimes I think he just likes playing with the audio sliders. :-)
That is pretty funny C! I can't wait till my little girl is able to do her Happy Dance!
Carolyn...
this is way too cute, and the music is PERFECT! What a happy child, it warms the heart!
Carolyn - I really enjoyed watching Stephen's happy dance. I have a happy dance, too! I am going to feature your post in Family Ties.
Jeremy, it will be mad fun the first time you see her perform. It will get funnier and more dear to you as she grows more sophisticated with her version of the Snoopy Dance. Once those little feet get going, there is no telling what little people are going to do to express their joy. It always makes me smile to see them so pleased. Sometimes, I feel like a two year old just hanging out and trying to relate. It's nice having a second childhood with your kids. :-)
Thank you, Richard. :-)
Thank you Jason, very much appreciated. :-)
He is tooo cute I wish I could grab him and give him a big hug right now! Luv Aunt P
Awww, Paddy, that is so sweet. Wait until you see the next video. Dad cut all their hair off. They have got this military look going on (LOL). Step keeps rubbing his head like there is something wrong with it. He's very aware that he is bald and keeps staring at himself in the mirror. It's hard to tell if he's fascinated or upset with the change of appearance. We have sooo got to get together for another visit. My schedule has been a bit tight but I will see what I can do for the weekend. Will check in with you later. :-)
C, this one made me smile, but JJ ran from the room and hid under my bed! Just kidding! Lol! Your boys are truly beautiful children. Very cute video. Loved the happy dance.
Susan, the JJ escape - too funny! Glad you liked Step's Happy Dance. Little man is a trip when he gets into sunshine mode. Love those big grins and happy little feet. :-)
C... EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT (one for each trademark step of Stephen's) video. You've got the mixpo down now.. way to go. Thank you for sharing. He is so CUTE!!
Love those minions!! Even without sound (in my office) it was delightful. Will replay later, again and again.
Daffy duck moment! LOL!!!! Does he hug it and squeeze it and call it George?
Hi C,
You gotta love em! I so remember when my two boys were that age. Priceless!!
Valerie, thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it. It was fun to catch him in the act.
Elaine, that was one of my fav episodes of Loony Tunes and I fell out laughing. Who knows what is going on in that tiny little mind. :-)
Hal, gotta love 'em, indeed. It's a fun age where everything appears to be so new and interesting to them.
Ok, watched with sound -- even more fun! He's got the steps down!! Bet he'd never take a wrong turn at Albuquerque!
Elaine, too funny! ;-)
Carolyn: That was so cute. What a happy little guy. I love the big shorts.
Jane, thank you. Skateboard shorts are all the rage up here. They are over-sized for the padding and safety gear to fit. Noah has a scooter, helmet, arm, hand and knee pads and Step is always trying to do what his big brother is into, so we have to buy him baggies as well (LOL).
C- thanks I needed that laugh. What a doll they both are. That is definitely a strategic happy dance. Did he get to watch the video? Was Michael taping this or you? This was great fun.
Later in the rain~Deb
Oh absolutely tooo cute - and look at which post gets the most comments.........you need to do the 'Terrific Two's series..."!
--- okay, this is the inspiration I need to start my Christmas shopping. Thanks Stephen and Noah! GBU Carol! Barbara :)
Deb, I was supposed to be filming something after dinner at Burger King but when Step started up I just knew I had to catch this. He can really get going once he falls in love with a toy selection. It's mad fun watching him hug and kiss the things that he likes. He can be quite affectionate, which can get very entertaining at times. :-)
Liz, I may take you up on that. The kids certainly have been one of my favorite subjects to blog about and they are always my highest viewership numbers. The minions have a loyal following. They even get e-mail inquiries (LOL). Very cool! People have been most kind regarding my children. :-)
Barbara, I haven't even begun to think of Christmas (LOL). You are very organized. I usually start right after that huge Thanksgiving meal. ;-)
HI C!
Now that is just darling! My experience is somewhat different with my 4 year old. It's more like, I want this now, buy it, please! Why can't I have it? No, buy it now!! So I hope your experience never ends!!
So what are we seeing exactly. I mean, that is exactly how I pick my movies! I get so happy too! Doesn't everyond do it like Stephen and me? :o) That was too cute!!!!
Thank you, Yvette. I guess now I have an idea of where shopping may go with the little one (LOL). I hope he continues to take his cues from Noah. He picks and item for each hand then he's ready to go pay for it. The most he will ever leave with is four. We make him carry his own bags so he's careful with his selections. :-)
Cristal, too funny! I guess my little dude will love shopping with you (LOL).
