Cape May Food and Wine Festival

You guys know how much I like foodie paradise spots. This looks like a good one. I have not been to Cape May but I am thinking I'd like to go one of these days. Check this out:

The annual Cape May Food and Wine Festival this year will be from September 20-25, 2008.  It has been happening for the past 11 years and should be on your things to do list.

You can go and visit all of the hot spot particapating eateries in Cape May, as well as the Cape May Winery located on Townbank Road just over the bridge.

Throughout the festival week, there will be contests that you can vote in, like the Chowder Contest, and tours that you can take on the trolley that stop at various restaurants.  There are also cooking classes and tasting seminars for food, wine and beer.

I hope that you will come out and enjoy all that Cape May has to offer.  There are always activities going on throughout the seasons.  Come down to Cape May in the fall, you will be glad you did.

The Cape May Food and Wine Festival is presented by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts.

I love Food and Wine festivals!  Fullerton has one coming up on the 27th.  I need to write a blog about it!  It is so much fun.

I can see it now, C is doing a walk-a-bout sampling all of the great things that Cape May has to offer and the eye candy will follow.  I can hardly wait for the post.

Have a GREAT time ma'am.

Don, I'm looking forward to collecting some new eye candy, not to mention participating in a foodie paradise event. I hope I can re-arrange my schedule in time. ;-)

C--Be sure to go on the trolley tour if you are coming down.  It is a 5 course meal with each course served at a different restaurant.  One other thing, wine is served with each course.

Oooo... Robin has just enticed me with a 5 course meal. I am definitely going to have to make some phone calls and get a few of the girls together for this possible outing. Sounds absolutely LOVELY! ;-)

Excuse me, did someone say wine?

Hi Mel! :-D

Lots of wine... ;-)

Too bad I don't drink (sigh).

I do, however, love food and am looking forward to the five course meal. Mike is off Monday and Tuesday. Yay!
