There is a time ... for us to wander...

Via Richard Weisser, Associate Broker, E-Pro ERA United Realty, Auctioneer, CE Author:

BarnI love to explore. It's in my nature. When I come across a road in my area that I have never traveled, I feel compelled to discover what lies ahead on the road and where it will take me.

Sometimes there are nice surprises. There may be an old building here or there to photograph, a beautiful farm with thoroughbred horses or a cemetery with the names of many prominent county citizens.

It's fun to go off in a different direction, to delve into new possibilities and to find out there might be something of significance that you have been missing. And  that it has been there all along.

And who knows, you just might learn a lesson about life as well!

I just went to look for an update on Richard's blog.  I noticed a number 1 on the re-blog tab and wondered exactly what that meant.  Of course, then I come to see what you have written today and found the answer.  That is too cool!  I wonder how the members are going to react.

I did some wandering yesterday myself. It was nice to drive around with the windows down and smell smells. Thanks for the slow down Carolyn.

I have to agree with Fred.  Today, I only have a closing to go to, and until then, I went driving with my windows down and tunes playing.  It was so relaxing and the weather is gorgeous. Everyone should try this every now and then.

I have to admit on a few occasions I have "accidently" taken a wrong turn if I see a neighborhood I want to drive through.  I think my husband is begining to pick up on the fact that my "accidental" turns really are not that accidental.  I love to explore and discover things I did not know were around.
