Interestng Articles About Blogging (written by attorneys)

I like this site and thought it would be nice to share it with you. They write a lot of very interesting articles about blogging. The two that caught my attention are entitled "Owners, Borrowers & Thieves 2.0" and is written by Pete Salsich III (March 12, 2008) and "Fair Use In a Realm of New Use: User-Generated Videos," by Michael Kahn (Jan 9, 2008). I decided since they were so concise I would just point you in their direction so you could make up your own mind about them with no commentary from me other than the fact that I really like their blog. :-)

Nestor and Katerina, you are very welcome. I've been reading their work for a while now. Very interesting perspectives and great examples. I've been clicking through their embedded links more fully follow the conversation and find the cases fascinating.

Hi C-Tann,

Living here in Canada, I almost forgot what lawyers are for.  LOL

Interesting article, wasn't aware of these.

One of the things I have liked about being in different groups on AR is being exposed to 'other' than my normal box.  I like groups that are theme based, one can get a lot of info on a particular peer group but some of the lesser know groups have some really great writers and stories too.  I have enjoyed getting to 'meet' you in the rain,I am finding out we have other things in common besides the name brand and Kathy M.  Even though some of what you write is over my head I am feeling a bit more secure knowing I can ask you or C Johnson or the other Rain guys if I need help.  I am still trying to figure out the art work behind your mug shot.  I am a quilter and the design is very interesting.  Ok I am not writing a book- just wanted to stop by and say my version of howdy.  be good  cheryl (I know a nice group for a 5th post) willis

Cheryl, I promise I shall take the time to chat with you about my painting. In the meantime, you can learn a little bit about it here and here. Enjoy! (BTW, thank you for your kind words.) Regards, Carolyn.

Cheryl G, don't be afraid to blog, just be careful with your reference/usage of other peoples writings. :-)

Josh retiring and Randy pilnayg isn't really someone leaving more like a family reunion. Besides, no one ever leaves Caedmon's Call. They just hand around from a distance. :)
