Carolyn Tann Starr 2011

My friend died and the family requested a 6-8-military-drum-centric version of The Lord's Prayer. We're putting it on the album because he wanted to be a writer and spent a lot of time playing with his punk garage band when he wasn't sending me chapters to read. I called him Grunge and he called me Bloggin' Book B*tch... I will miss him... It's my third funeral in two weeks. Why does death come in threes? (sigh)

Thanks Laura. I have to head south in couple of days. It'll be a few months before I get back for a NYC visit. Looking forward to seeing you before I go. :-)

I'm sorry about your friend, it does seem to come in 3s, wonder if that's mental.
