Our new album Vamp is still being tweaked (86 days later...)

It's alternative, blues, jazz and classical... Today is go find something interesting to do with the electronic piano day so my iTunes catalog can get a new album up before the month is over (I am really late with this - LOL).

Right now I am screwing around with Mozart for Mr. Autism and Mr. PDD-NOS. :-D

What I should be doing is finding something romantic and ethereal to play with. Since my kids like this one it may be staying in the line-up as the last track (as a virtual nod and wink to them). We shall see... especially since it was not originally written for two piano players (but what the heck - it's recorded and my test subjects like it - LOL).

The wee people usually have their crayons or paint and are concentrating on creating little minion art when this bit of classical music is playing. I was thinking the shorties creating their kiddie artwork really should be the visual for this but since I promised my Jango peeps an update I'm posting a peak of it now (LOL).

Fun is twisting the classical masters around with your Korg for a future Life With Wee People spoof. Yeah, I am having mad fun in the studio right now. Too bad my gal pal Jessica is busy because this would go soooo much faster with her here. ;-)

Sneak peek at another "maybe" track selection later... Here's some Mozart for the shorties and virtual peeps:

Your kids are damn lucky, C. Mama Kitty is keeping them stimulated with the great classics.

Thank you, Candyland. We've been in the studio for 12 hours straight yesterday and four hours so far today. My next album has 12 of 15 tracks mastered. I have to compose three new songs for it. One R&B, one Blues and we're arguing over what the last song should be because my gal pal wants another classical arrangement on it (sigh). She's just shoved something Shubert under my nose so I gotta go (LOL). ;-)

Dear John (I've always wntead to write that! lol)I have to tell you I'm overwhelmed by these photos. Starr is my niece and I was really disappointed that I couldn't be there to share in her and Franco's special day and to celebrate with my brother as he gave away his baby girl to the man she adores. I've anxiously awaited the photos being posted and I sat here today going through them and I was blown away. (And I shed a tear or two I might add.) You have managed to capture not only the beauty of the bride and the depth of the love she and Franco share, but the whimsy that is so typical of them both. It's easy to photograph someone and show their outer beauty but you have somehow reached in far enough to find their inner beauty and lay it out for all the world to see. Amazing!Beth
