Life With Wee People: Zoo Time

Sooooooo we are sitting on the floor of the FL house wondering if the shorties are going to like the FL Zoo. They love the Queens Zoo. They love the Brooklyn Zoo. They have not been to the Bronx Zoo... Might take them on safari in Myrtle Beach when we go back to SC.

Playing hookie with the kids can be very liberating. We throw darts at the brochures we pick up at state welcome centers and text Rainers on the fly. That is the extent of our version of vacation planning (LOL).

Will edit our road trip film tomorrow so you can get the short version of what we've been up to. You can do a lot in 1,000 plus miles. Turning it into a two minute YouTube might be a wee bit tricky.

Next week should be a real hoot because we've got Disney and RainCamp on the agenda. Did I mention my kids love hotel rooms? They are very excited about spending the night in Orlando. So am I... after all it's RainCamp and Disney (LOL).  :-)

It looks like fun! I'm ready for a vacation. We are heading to Panama Beach Florida the end of September but I won't get to do a rain camp also. Have fun!

Hi Carolyn... I like to think of RainCamp as Disney for adults connected to the Real Estate industry!

Over 35 years since I went to the Bronx Zoo. Wow. We have the Popcorn State Zoo down here for abused animals, a worthy non-profit.

Good to see you are having fun.  As if there was any doubt.  It rained in NY yesterday but my kids were set on going to the beach so we got wet and sandy.  Travel safe.

We are finally going to replace my Nikon. Tossing the kids in the shower so we can become mall rats (LOL). The kids have discovered Wii Fit at Aunt Mona and Uncle John's house so now Mikey and I are checking out the gaming systems for them.

Josef, it started raining here the moment I crossed the state line. We are determined to do Disney in the rain if we have to (LOL).

Andrew, that sounds like fun. :-)

Steve, I second that. ;-)

Kathy, my hubby is going to spank me if I do (LMAO). There are cars and toy animals from one end of the house to the other. :-D

Margaret, Stephen is looking for you. You have to come to FL with us next run down. He seems to think you can just materialize out of thin air (LOL).

Andrea, I am exhausted from laughing. My kids are mad fun. We have got to get them a Wii. Last night was just too funny.;-)
