C Tann-Starr's Outside Blog

Okay, Okay, Okay... I promise I'll write a serious post about Albany... Geez...

You can stop the text assault now and don't even think of touching my e-mail (LOL). Will write a serious post. Promise. I have too much nice eye candy not to. Working on the photo montage and will share some serious information about the committees I found interesting. Did I mention I brought a lot of material back with me? Hmm... oversight on my part if I didn't because I did. Seriously...  I did. Got the skinny on a lot of interesting stuff and I will do a series of  Localism posts in a few... Gotta deliver a fax to Queens Village  before I settle in to serial blogging. I need a brick and mortar signature. Running out the door into the rain again (LOL). ;-)

You have to deliver a fax to Queens Village??  Isn't the idea of a fax so that you don't need to deliver??  lol!

If the person you need the signature from does not have access to a fax, then yes, you have to deliver the fax so you can get the signature, then fax it to where it needs to go (LOL). My life as a Paralegal can be very interesting. I do night runs and house calls (LMAO). Susan, people like to see their paperwork waiting for them first thing in the morning. :-)

C.,

You are the wearer of many, many hats......a serious post would be nice but I am just spending my evening wondering if The Hokey Pokey Is Really What It's All About......(long day, husband out of town, missed the gym....causes brain damage)

Hahahahahaaaaaa! I am so calling you later today (ROTFL) ;-) Julie, I would love to stop by in December and say hello. Will be doing a massive eye candy hunt then. Trying to collect the rest of my Fall shots for my book. Winter is going to be fun. :-)

Oh m y gosh! You are singing my song! I KNOW I need to post more real estate related stuff but just cannot get around to it! By the time I have free moment from working, I just cannot seem to get excited about much...and when I do post it's...well it's just what it is!

JL,  have been working really long hours. Settling in to develop a nice montage. May make some music as well...

Julie, we definitely need to chat, lovely. I'm playing hookie tomorrow so I can have some family time. Will call you when my kids are not acting like complete lunatics. Rare, I know (LOL). ;-)

Russell, I have nice shots of SC and NY I am determined to publish. Gotta get the Localism love-bug up and buzzing. Been unbelievably busy lately. It's been fun but hectic. Did two inspections today and have one tomorrow... wont pretend to talk about my e-mail (LOL). It's mad crazy. I am looking forward to posting more real estate related stuff because people have been bugging me about not doing the turtle runs when they know I have been jogging (LOL). I even had a west coast vendor ask me if I was back in NY (LMAO). Been keeping up with the road trips, eh? How cool is that? Very. :-)
