Robert went to a stellar event and was kind enough to make it available as a re-blog. Please stop by his original post by clicking the link and showing some support for Burma. :-)
Vegas Bob's opinion on U2 concert 10-23-2009 (please read to help FREE Burma).
The concert Friday evening was fantastic and the stage, lights, U2 & Black eyed peas were wonderful. Nu Nu usually doesn't like music sang in English because she is from Burma (Myanmar) and she doesn't understand the language very well. On top of that Nu Nu has never heard of the band U2, but when they started singing a tribute to FREE Burma and Aung San Suu Kyi she became very - very excited.
Now if you don't know who Aung San Suu Kyi is click on the link below.
Aung San Suu Kyi- Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Here is the song that U2 sang trying to help FREE Aung San Suu Kyi because she has been on House arrest for over 20 years and has now been sent to prison for 5 years because she has been trying to turn Burma (Myanmar) into a Democracy and help free the Burmese from government control.

Please click on the link (above) and listen to the message U2 is trying to get across to the world!
If you have a chance to see U2 (360 degrees) World tour don't miss it, it has to be the largest, best rock concert Vegas Bob has ever seen!
And if you don't know anything about Aung San Suu Kyi please google her name because she is trying to free Burma (Myanmar) and Nu Nu and Vegas Bob have 100s of relatives still living in Burma!
Thank you so much for your interest and concerns about my story and this post is for you Aung San Suu Kyi!
