The fun thing about the Internet is that it crosses every time zone. On a good day, if you pace yourself just right, it may appear that you seem to be everywhere at once. Did I mention I work in 20 minute intervals? I do you know. That works for me. I have very self directed little people, so I have to stay on my toes and trade places with the hubby chasing the wee ones around a very small apartment. They can do a lot of damage in a small space (LOL). Can't take your eyes off of them for any significant length of time. Things get hammered, tossed, toasted or may be found floating in the toilet in the blink of an eye the if you do (LOL).
Latest Little Minion Update: They've taken to climbing the furniture. I used to yell at them all the time about it. Now I casually mention they should get down as I'm passing through from room to room. I've discovered if you get too excited about something it gives them incentive to make you really crazy (LOL). Boys will be boys, eh? (I bet you'll never truly understand what that means until you get a pair of your own. I know I didn't - OMG! Why didn't you people warn me? LOL) Oh well... What is a Work At Home Mom (WAHM) to do? Five minutes of playing On-Top-Of-The-Mountain never hurt anyone. Just the finish on the wood (LOL).
When I am not chasing wee people I am on-line building my buyer's brokerage business. My current business model ratio is 70% buyer's brokerage, 15% rental and 15% listing agent. I have a thing for running the streets. I like to collect eye candy. I like to be mobile with the kids (who happen to love open houses and all things pertaining to construction trucks - LOL). We're getting ready to have another open house today, then we have appraisals to get completed. I shall be in all five boroughs of the City of New York and the tip of Long Island. Lots of footage to collect. Gonna get some serious eye candy for you today.
BTW, we are about to do our next Club Chaos eye candy contest (LOL). Photography is never an issue, but video... well... um... I want my video people!!! Seriously! Stand in the middle of the intersection and spin in a circle if you have to. Bring me something hyper-local to talk about. Yeah, it's true, video is an issue with my peeps. I have to work on 'em about that. (LOL)
The subject is Landmarks. Will be posting the rules shortly and updating you on our next Gigglefest Social Media 2.0
New contest, eh? Yup. It's true. We do a lot at Club Chaos. I am a very busy gal, so are my friends, but we are never too busy to take a referral or find a home that fits your family's needs. Sleep? Who needs sleep? We don't need no stinkin' sleep... We're Social Media Realtors. We nap quite nicely, thank you. ;-)
Will post the furniture climbing video later... They always climb the furniture. Shouldn't be to hard to get some footage, eh? (LOL)

C,
I think that you ought to give us an example of the standing in the middle of the intersection turning in circles by doing the circle in your apartment while hubby is chasing the wee ones around. :-))
Don, my pleasure. I shall stand in intersections for you guys today (LOL). Cambria Heights Tour coming up for you later (LOL). Get busy people! I want video! ;-)
I just watched your video - How do you find time to do the things you do? I guess no sleep is key ... I'm inspired ad in awe! You certainly pack in a full day! As always, I completely enjoy your posts! Keep up the good work!
Verry cool that you are doing a video contest. I'm on the verge of buying a new macbook, so will need something to stretch its wings with. iMovie, here I come...
...and congrats on you contest win...
"They've taken to climbing the furniture." I can assure you that it won't stop anytime soon. Mine also like to take flying leaps from the stairs. LOL! I have wondered how you do everything and I guess the trick is no sleep.
Hi Carolyn, Your boys sound just like mine were. They would climb on everything from very early ages. Now, they are teenagers and I am so glad they are over most of the dangerous activities. So proud too, at 15 and 18 I can say they are good boys with good grades, I am truly lucky and blessed. I really need to get my video going thanks for the pep talk and I will be looking forward to the contest rules!
Stand in the middle of the intersection and spin in a circle if you have to
You made me laugh out loud this morning, C. I'd do that, but I imagine you'd end up with a video of cars running over my feet.
Thank you, Lisa. I'm going to start giving lessons on-line and show people how to use some of the programs I've been using. I want the group to produce more video (LOL).
Sally, I LOVE Mac. We have a Cube I refuse to get rid of (LOL).
Mandi, Stephen the Minion Blur is up as I type this. Naps are King in my household (LOL). If I didn't work I'd be staring at a PDD-NOS two year old line up hot wheel cars half the night (LOL).
Jane, when people tell me that I smile and look forward to the day I too can say something similar. Looking forward to the new video, bay-bay! ;-)
ROTFLMAO @ Elizabeth. ;-)
C, I can definitely relate to working in 20 minute intervals. I'm a Work at Home mom with a one year old little....and CAN NOT imagine two boys. I'm subscribing to your blog to see how you do it, LOL.
Nishika, the kids have a way of taking over everything. There are days when I can barely get anything done (LOL).
